So I desperately want to find Ty a friend...well actually, brother or sister. First let me explain that my dearest dog has some emotional and psychological issues (Scott makes fun of me and calls me the Dog Whisperer, but I am just really in tune). He IS on prozac, but really hates, hates to be alone...I work full time and so does Scott. He is left alone everyday for 9 to 10 hours...that warrants some company I think. Plus, TY LOVES other dogs...he gets along great with them all and really enjoys playing with all kinds. So, the vet and Ty the dog trainer from 97.1 zht say that I should get another one to keep Ty company. However, Scott became way anti in November because he thinks a dog is too much work (don't even get me started on how he doesn't do anything to take care of the dog...love you hon). I need people to give me convincing reasons to persuade my dear, stubborn husband that a second dog is a GREAT idea!!!!!!!!! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I know dogs are hard work- but I think the hardest part is making sure they are fed, walked, etc. (can you tell we don't have one?!) which is something you already have under control. I think it would be easier to get a SECOND dog, than a FIRST. (Make Sense?) You already have most everything you need for one, why not two?! BTW- until Scott agrees to get another dog, Brody and I are at home most of the time, and he LOVES dogs- we'd be happy to take Ty on a walk with us anytime!

Honestly girl I think having two would be just as easy as one. You would not have to give ty so much attention (so more for scott) because he would have his friend. They like to go outside at the same time too so it would be easy. EASY AS 123ABC okay jk. BUT It sounds like a wonderful idea.. Do I need to call scott?? JK. Roxy needs a friend too. To bad we dont live closer and they could play all day together. But yes you need another.

I don't even like dogs and I feel like you shouldn't leave Ty alone so much. He needs a sister! However, once you have more than two dogs, you officially become weird "animal people". Tread lightly! :)
